I Founded The Good Egg at a kitchen table in a Dalston flat, where both myself and our current Project Manager Shar lived. Having previously worked for big agencies, I saw a gap in the market for an agency that could do influencer marketing better by charging clients less, offering more, and dropping all the unnecessary faff which is not directly related to the success of a campaign. We worked tirelessly from the sofa, the table, the bed and, on many occasions (even to date!) in cafés around East London, and it’s fair to say that the hard work paid off!

Through creating an agency where being good humans is at the forefront, we have proven that nothing compares to human interaction; no tech, no software, no data. So, our main USP is to be known just because of that: the agency that outs humanity at the forefront. We don’t want to make billions, we just want to be more human and I’m proud to say that I have created a thriving female-founded boutique agency that has been profitable from day one with no loans, no funding, nothing.

The Good Egg

The Good Egg is an award-winning boutique agency that works to create a kinder, more human space for Influencer Marketing. To put it bluntly, we’re tired of the bullsh*t. We’re a small, international, and remote team who work hard to treat the influencers we work like humans, rather than as algorithms or cash cows. As a purely Gen Z and Millennial-led team, we’re 100% digital and highly flexible.

From travel and fashion to technology and music, our agency is known for running creative and innovative campaigns that shake up the Influencer Marketing industry, whilst never letting a project, whatever the budget, interfere with our values. That’s why diversity, equality and social justice are at the core of our company.
